What is Elite Xpertz?

Elite Xpertz LLC is an outsourcing call center that connect people who are looking to work from home with Fortune 500 companies. We assist getting through the application and get you certified to start taking Customer Service inbound calls.

 

What is the age requirement?

You must be 18 years or older.

Why can’t I create a profile in my state?

Elite Xpertz is not currently open to new or returning business partners that reside within California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

How do I receive the form to complete the drug test?

The drug screening form is sent by our third party vendor once you register on their site.  Log on to the portal and click resume and select “Background Check Start Now” this action will take you to the First Advantage and register with your personal information.  After you have registered you will get an email from FADVReports-NoReply@fadv.com (do not reply to the email as the email is automatically deleted. Add this email address to your safe senders list.  If you do not receive your email check your spam/junk folder.  Last resource would be to contact our Enrollment chat team via AVA support for further assistance.

Do I have to pass the criminal background check?

YES! You must passed the criminal background check. You will not be able to become certified if you are pled guilty for fraud, theft, possession of drugs and many other criminal activities. 

What happens if I fail the background check?

In regards to the background check, please refer to the adverse communication sent by the third party background check vendor First Advantage. Communication will be sent via regular postal mail to the address you entered for the First Advantage background check order.

 

Background check cost and general information

A background check is required on each and every agent(s) registering . The background check report is initiated by you and conducted by an independent third-party background search company.  All background checks are conducted in accordance with federal and state law.

A background check free of disqualifying criminal history and confirmation of your name and Social Security Number is required for every agent registering to use the  platform.  Elite does not do business with any  agents that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges; including but not limited to theft, fraud, identity theft, or other similar violations.  Should any background check report reveal a disqualifying information, you will not be permitted to continue registration to use the platform.

The background check starts when you place your order with the third-party background search company.  This report will include a national criminal record report and a Social Security Number verification report (which is used to validate the given SSN, name, and address).  There is no fee for this report.  The report is run by third-party background check vendor.

How long does it take for the background check to process?

Background checks may be processed and completed in as little as several minutes up to 1-3 business days.

How do I get paid?

Elite will disburse service revenue twice monthly directly to your  bank account. 

How long before I can start servicing a client program?

Upon successful completion of the registration process, your next step will be to enroll in the client certification course of your choice. Client courses may take as little as three weeks or as long as eight weeks to complete depending on the project selected.

I have passed the background check but I cannot proceed.

Once the background check is received, it will be reflected on your registration dashboard. If you have received an update that the background check is complete, but this is not reflected on your dashboard, please select “Online Help” available Monday – Friday 10am to 6pm EST or e-mail  Registration at admissions@admissions.arise.com and we will respond within three business days.

What should I do if I want to change client opportunity class times?

Please visit enrollment chat and if there is availability in the 6pm class they can make the change for you.

What type of services will I provide as an agent?

Some of the clients you are capability of partnering with are: Tax Support, Retail Store, Book Store, Data Entry, Cruise Line, Home Improvement , Chat Support, Email Support, Rental Companies, Roadside Assistance, Insurance, Medical/ Hospital clients.

 

Can I work from anywhere?

You must be a residence or citizen living in the United States. We are currently not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.

How much hours can I work per week?

You must work at least 15 hours per week.

Can I have my kids at home while I am working?

 We require that our customer service reps to have a quiet work space and for kids to be supervised by an adult at all times while working. 

​How much will I get paid?

It depends on which client you decided to work with. The pay rate varies between $9 -16 dollars per hour. Since you are self employed you are in control of your own schedule and how much you want to work. Choose a client take meets your needs.

 

How much money can I make?

 Most of our agents make between $500- $2,000 per month. Some agents work more than others. Your paycheck depends on how much you work. The more you work the more money you make!

What kind of work from home jobs are offered?

We offer customer service, technical support, tax inquiries, medical inquiries, sales, data entry, cruise line, home improvement service and many others.

 

How long does the process take?

The admission process can take up to 5 days once you have applied. After you have completed the admission and choose Elite Xpertz LLC as your IBO. You can choose the client you would like to work for. It can take up to a month before class starts. Training can take between 1 week and 6 months. Some training are self paced while other require 4 hours of instructor led training. Once you have certified you are able to start taking inbound calls.

 

 

What if I am having issues with my computer?

We have a technical support team to assist each and everyone of our agent during technical difficulties.

Is the Elite opportunity a job?

Our business model is that of a business-to-business relationship. This means that we are not offering a job rather a business opportunity. All agents are trained to become certified Customer Service Agents.

 

Will taxes be deducted from my check?

Taxes will not be deducted from your paycheck. You will be considered an independent contractor, you are responsible to file or not to file your own taxes. Elite Xpertz will not compensate for paid time off, paid vacation, social security, health benefits, unemployment or  dental assistance.

What type of tax form will I receive at the end of the year?

You will be provided a 1099 MISC.
